Share what sits idle.

List an idle subscription, API key or machine. You choose what it serves and at what price, and you are paid in USDC for every call.

What’s a sharer? A sharer lists idle subscriptions, API keys or machines and sets a price as a share of list.
Callers pay per call in USDC. AILE takes 10%, 15% when it serves with no sharer machine, and 0% on x402.

List your API.

For companies that sell model access. Sharers link your API keys and share your models on AILE. Callers pay per call in USDC.

  • Who can list

Companies selling model access through an OpenAI-compatible API. AILE needs:

    • An OpenAI-compatible chat endpoint with /models.
    • Public USD prices, or a price page.
    • Terms that allow resale through AILE.
    • A published data-policy page, if you have one.
  • How listing works

    1. Apply Send the form with your OpenAI-compatible base URL, ending in /v1. Never send a key.

    2. A review by hand AILE reviews every application, and reads prices, terms and data policy from your own pages.

    3. A model test Each model lists only after it passes a model test, billed to the linked key.

    4. Chat first Embeddings, images and audio are reviewed case by case.

  • How you are paid

Payouts are in USDC. AILE’s fee depends on how a sale is paid and served.

What you control.

What it serves, at what price, and when it stops.

  • Models

You choose which models you serve.

aile rates off <model> stops serving one model, and aile rates on <model> serves it again.

  • Price

“Your price is always the model’s list price × a margin from 0 to 1”, from free up to list. A sharer charges at most list. Per-model margins are allowed.

AILE’s own house sharer may charge up to 1.055x list. It is tried only after every sharer at or under list.

  • Limits

A subscription stops at its 5-hour and weekly usage windows. An API key “does not stop: usage is billed to your provider account, per token, for as long as it serves”.

An account out of credits or at a spending limit leaves the marketplace.

  • Hours

Your node “carries traffic until you stop it”. “Normally an account serves only while your node is connected.”

Nodeless serves with your machine off. It removes your kill switch.

  • Stopping

“You can stop at any time. Unlisting, disconnecting a node, or revoking a credential ends new dispatches to it. Requests already in flight complete and settle.”

The earn side of the meter.
