Legal Risk disclosure

Know the risks.

Decentralized markets settle fast and don't reverse. Here's what to understand before you share a key, top up a balance, or hold $AILE.

이 페이지는 영어로만 제공됩니다.

01Token risk

$AILE was fair-launched on pump.fun — the full supply entered the public bonding curve, with no presale, team allocation, or vesting overhang — and its price is set entirely by the open market. Open markets move both ways: the dollar value of $AILE, including earnings held in it between accrual and withdrawal, can rise or fall significantly. The burn mechanism ties supply to real usage, but usage is the driver — not a guarantee. Size your position to your own risk tolerance and only commit funds you can afford to have fluctuate.

02Provider risk

  • Upstream terms. Providers may prohibit key sharing or resale. A provider can revoke a sharer's key at any time, ending the listings backed by it.
  • Outages & quality. Model availability, latency, and behavior are controlled by providers, not AILE. Uptime history is informative, not a guarantee.

03Protocol & smart-contract risk

Settlement contracts are audited but audits do not eliminate risk. Bugs, exploits, Solana network congestion, or vault compromise could delay settlements or cause loss.

04Regulatory risk

The legal treatment of utility tokens and API resale differs by jurisdiction and changes. Access to the marketplace may become restricted where you live. You are responsible for your own tax and legal obligations.

05No advice

Nothing on AILE.SH — including trust scores, earnings estimates, and tokenomics — is financial, legal, or tax advice. Estimates are modeled from recent demand and can be wrong. Do your own research.
